Corporate DJ Entertainment Booking & Planning
During your consultation meeting, We will provide you with a written quotation. Upon signing our service agreement & receipt of a deposit, your date will be reserved. We will provide you with a copy of our Agenda Planning Kit & our extensive CD/DVD Music Library catalog is available online so that you may plan your entertainment requirements.

About two weeks before your event we will have an itinerary finalization meeting, at which time a planned program is created, printed & made available. This program outlines all pertinent timing details: Presentations, Meals, Games, Etc., & will include both song play, & no-play request lists. |
We set up well in advance of any function we service. We will coordinate with facility & event management, and/or additional service providers ensuring a smooth running event. We are always prepared with backup equipment & personnel should it ever be required. Our CD/DVD music library is A.V.L.A. Licensed / Approved & we are fully insured.
