Packages
to please your budget...
We offer a wide variety of Wedding
Packages which all build upon our professional music service.
Our packages have been structured to offer the best customer
value reflecting the most popular options such as: sound, lighting,
effects, novelties and games. Completely custom packages may
be developed as well during your personal consultation meeting.
Wedding
Ceremony Audio Services We can
provide the music and microphone systems for your wedding ceremony.
Several options are available with this service. Contact us to
find out more.
Additional
Audio Equipment can be provided
to service locations outside of the main reception area. We have
supplied music to cocktail and reception areas such as: patios,
lobbies, hallways, boat decks too.
Booking
& Planning During
your personal consultation meeting, we will provide you with
a written quotation. Upon signing our service agreement and receipt
of a deposit, your date will be reserved. Approximately two months
prior to your event we will provide you with a copy of our Agenda
Kit and extensive CD
Music Library catalog so that you may plan your occasion's
musical entertainment.
The Agenda Kit includes such
things as: reception Itinerary in various
ethnic traditions, song and dance suggestions for grand entrance,
first and last dances, parent dances, cake cutting, garter and
bouquet throw and more. It is all explained.
About one month before your
event we will have an itinerary finalization meeting, at which
time a planned program is created, printed and made available.
This program outlines all pertinent timing details (wedding party
& family member dances, meal, games, etc.) and will include
both musical play, and no-play request lists.
We set up well in advance of
any function we service. We will coordinate with facility and
event management, and additional service providers ensuring a
smooth venue. We are always prepared with backup equipment should
it ever be required. Our CD
music library is A.V.L.A. licensed and we are fully insured.
